ULC has JUST transitioned a Voice Over IP (VOIP) phone system. If you are calling the ULC from another Army Corp of Engineers VOIP site, you may dial the 10 digit phone number to reach this location. If, you are calling from a location outside of Huntsville, AL. and are getting a recording from your local telephone company, please advise them we have gone to VOIP and you are getting a recording from their switching equipment and not routing the call properly. They will open a ticket and investigate. We have verified local routing is correct in the Huntsville area.
