Registration
How do I register for a PROSPECT Course?
As a Corps employee, your district training coordinator will be your ULC liaison and provide guidance regarding your registration.
If you are a Non-Corps employee, your organization will need to obtain a Corps-issued organization code, if one has not already been established. The person in your organization that is responsible for coordinating training can obtain an Organization code by visiting this link: Organization Code request Non-Corps Students.
Can Non-Corps individuals take PROSPECT training?
Yes, Non- Corps individuals can attend a PROSPECT course when there are open seats available. The first step in registering as a Non-Corp student is having the person in your organization that is responsible for coordinating training to obtain a Corps-issued organization code, if they do not already have one. To get an organization code established, please see attached (link). Organization Code request Non-Corps Students.
Once an Organization Code (Org Code) has been established, your training coordinator will need to submit a fully completed SF 182 by email to: Admissions Team . It is important to include your Org Code on any correspondence with the ULC.
As proof of course completion, Do I need to get my SF-182 signed from someone at ULC?
The SF-182 (Authorization, Agreement, and Certification of Training) can be signed in Section F by the instructor or one of the Instructional Systems Specialist (ISS). This is not a requirement, however the signed SF-182 can act as proof of training.
I have completed the Student Reporting Instructions steps 2&3. Why is my course material not available in Blackboard?
There are a couple reasons your course material may not be available in Blackboard. 1) SF-182 may not have been received from your district training coordinator or processed by the registrar’s team. 2) If it is more than (14) days before the course start date course material will not be available.
For further assistance contact the admissions team at: Admissions Team .

No, please complete the entirety of Step 2 on Student Reporting Instructions to obtain your correct Blackboard username. Prior to completing registration check-in.

I don't have an absolute answer for this one. Usually, I sign any SF-182 upon request. I believe that in a recent meeting we were made aware that we shouldn't sign SF-182s if we can't verify the students 100% attendance of the course.
