Identify the principle activities of the pre-proposal phase of an A-E contract (Project Specific Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Contract, and Task Order). Identify information required to prepare an Independent Government Estimate; Identify the main items of an A-E firm's price proposal and the Negotiation Preparation Process; Identify the process of negotiating contracts; Identify elements and process of an A-E contract award. Identify primary A-E contract clauses and Administration Requirements. Identify the role, responsibilities, and tasks for technical management of an A-E contract.
