Purpose:
This course will address specific training needs of the Corps of Engineers to better develop and prepare schedules for major USACE projects.

Description:
The Advanced Scheduling for Projects course will demonstrate advanced scheduling techniques, provide hands on topics and techniques that are relevant to Project Managers, Program Managers, Analysts, Resource Providers, Construction Project Engineers, Construction Admin/Office Engineers and Resident Engineers. The course will expand on project analysis tools and methods taught by prior courses.

Prerequisites:
Project or Program Managers (GS12 to 15), Program/Budget Analysts (GS9 to 13), Schedulers (GS11 to GS14), Resource Providers (GS12 to 14) and Project Engineers/Resident Engineers/Contract Admin. (GS11 to GS14).
