Purpose:
To introduce the USACE Project Delivery Business Process (PDBP) on-demand to program managers, project managers, project delivery team members, program analysts, and other individuals with a need to understand the PDBP.

Description:
This course provides an overview and introduction on how the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers delivers programs and projects to stakeholders. This course consists of three modules: Engineer Regulation (ER) 5-1-11; greater depth of understanding the PDBP; and the project lifecycle.

Prerequisites:
Program Managers, Project Managers, Project Delivery Team members, Program Analysts, and anyone with a need to understand the PDBP.
