Transcripts are issued thru our registrar office. There are two types of transcripts available to the student, they are:
Students requesting transcripts MUST include the following information:
1. Student Name, last 4 of Social Security Number, Month and Day of Birth
2. Names and Dates of classes
3. Please provide your district mailing address for the transcript to be sent to
4. Phone Number in the event of a question

Mail request for a transcript to the following:

Personnel in the Registrars Office will issue the student transcript within 5 working days of receipt of request.
